Hi...I'm a new member, from Peru actually, couple of weeks ago I was hanging with a friend and we talked about tcg's (we used to play yu gi oh) and we wanted to play something, but we were kinda tired of always ending up playing yugi so I found my old Attack of the Clones starter deck (the one with two decks on it). We spent almost two hours reading the manual and trying to make sense of the rules (still not sure if we got it right, I'm pretty sure we play alright, but some of the rules are a little hard to make sense). We ended playing the SWTCG a couple of times and we found it very exciting. I had a couple of old booster that I never opened and we improve the decks with it, now we play at least one match every time he comes around. Imagine my dissapointment when I went to WOTC page to see the latest expansions and found out that it stopped years ago (I just thought that it never truly catch on in my country and stopped delivering). I ordered a booster box of Attack of the Clones (we're paying it half-half with this guy I'm talking about) just so we can play a few more matches (that's how entertaining we find the game) and my girlfriend seems very interested in learning how to play (she never watched the films before, so now we're watching them and she likes the saga, so there's that). I'm just here to interact with other fans of the game, I know I'm waaay behind and totally a newbie but, having found about the IDC and reading over and over Keep the game alive! I found myself logging here...trying to keep the game alive.
So that's my really long introduction, not sure if anyone here's gonna read it (or understand it, or care) but just wanting to make everybody know that I think you're making a great job.
P.S: Sorry for boring everybody with this.
